Jessie Street has a unique sound that is true to the tradition of jazz while remaining fresh and approachable. Their versions of well-known vocal songs are both fun and refreshing. Vocalist Trish Neumann has a beautiful voice that is tastefully supported by seasoned vets — either as a vocal/piano duo or full quintet.
"Our twist is to present recognizable songs from the popular repertoire, in the distinctive styles of jazz. We play everything from the Beatles, Dylan, Croce, Pink to classics like Ella, Miles, and Coltrane. These songs will put a smile on your face just because they are loved songs from our past but performed in a way that is unique."
Based in the Twin Cities, the Jessie Street Band is available for private events, corporate gatherings, outdoor festivals, restaurant residencies, and club engagements throughout the Midwest.
Formats available: Duo (vocal + piano), Trio, or Full Quintet.

A St. Paul native whose journey began in the church choir, Trish has performed at Carnegie Hall alongside Lauren Daigle, shared stages with Reba McEntire and Casting Crowns, and appeared at the Gospel Music Dove Awards 50th Anniversary. Music, she says, is her soul's expression — a bridge to the heart of every audience she reaches.

An eclectic background spanning classical composition under Koussevitzky Award-winner Roque Cordero, jazz luminaries Clark Terry and Ernie Watts, and the pop/funk world of Paisley Park. A multiple DownBeat Student Award winner and recording artist of original music.

A Chicago native who studied music and percussion at Northern Illinois University, Bill has played jazz, pop, and rock across Chicago and St. Louis, balancing a distinguished career in medicine with a lifelong devotion to the drum kit.

New to the Twin Cities from Seattle (2023), Jacob brings diverse musical influences spanning jazz, acoustic music, rock, and musical theater — giving the band's rhythm section a rich, versatile foundation.

"Total professional band! More than sold out the room, showed up on time, soundcheck was a breeze. The full room was all theirs. I ran sound and couldn't have been more impressed by their musicianship! Tight sets and a perfect show. They will be back..."

"The music was multi-generational — everyone heard something familiar whether they were 20 or 80. Their sound was so clear and they were amazing musicians. This concert was not only a highlight of our summer but a memory we will hold for a lifetime."
